Anonymous User

A technical anonymous user is needed to ensure that only authorized access to the reply templates is allowed.

Prerequisites

  • Infrastructure Administrator > ECF Web Server > Anonymous RI Allowlist has allowed resources listed. By default the access is allowed to reply templates which is sufficient for the purpose of interactive template use.

  • Interactive templates have been created.

  1. On the System Configurator main screen, choose User and Role Management > Users.

  2. Choose Add New.

  3. Enter Anonymous as the first name and User as the last name.

  4. In the Certificates block, enter a dummy certificate:

  5. Save the user.

  6. Go to Queue Management > Reply Templates and choose the interactive templates folder you have created.

  7. In Access Rights, give the user rights to view the templates.

  8. Save your changes.
