User Rights and Roles

Object types related to disruption management are:

  • Disruption Events
  • Disruption Items
  • Disruption Set

The following roles have full rights (View, modify, create, delete, and manage) to the object types listed above:

  • Queue Administrator
  • IVR Administrator
  • Superusers
Note: Do not change the original default roles. Copy them and make changes to the copies according to your needs.

To define rights to a specific Disruption Set:

  1. In System Configurator, go to User and Role Management > User Roles.
  2. Find and select the role for which you want to define rights.
  3. In the Type drop-down, select Disruption Set.
  4. Click Add and select the set to which you want to define rights.
  5. Save your changes.
