Virtual Applications

To create your own virtual applications where you pick only the queues that interest you, go to Tools > Settings > Virtual Applications.

1. Choose the application of your interest.

2. Choose Add new and give the view an appropriate name.

3. To choose the desired queues to be included in your virtual application, select the corresponding check boxes.

4. Choose Update.

5. To make a recently created virtual application appear on the list of applications in the monitoring view, choose File > Reload. The virtual applications are displayed in the Summary and Queues views only.
