Administration and Configuration Interface (ACI)
This server-to-server interface provides access to the configuration data that is stored in Sinch Contact Pro databases. The interface is divided into two groups of operations – one for user management and the other for agent management. User management allows for retrieving, adding, modifying and deleting users and data related to them. Agent management enables defining a contact center agent’s rights and responsibilities for example regarding to different queues and skills. The interface is based on the SOAP version 1.1. The interface uses the HTTP protocol to carry SOAP messages between a SOAP client and itself.
