Presence Management

Creating presence, conference and absence profiles that users use in Communication Desktop (CDT) and Communication Panel to indicate their availability

The selected profile defines how inbound calls are handled.

The following default profiles are available in the system:

  • Available

  • Away

  • Business trip

  • Conference call

    This profile can only be used in Communication Desktop (CDT) and is not available in Communication Panel.

  • Leave of absence

  • Lunch

  • Meeting

  • Vacation

Note:

Don't change the original default profiles. Copy them and make changes to the copies according to your needs. Make sure that there is at least one absence profile with the duration value Continuous because otherwise absence profiles can't be used.
