Infrastructure Administrator (IA)

Tool for installing and managing the Sinch Contact Pro software

Infrastructure Administrator includes both the IA and Virtual Unit Administrator (VUA) tools of the previous version.

Tasks	Description
Getting familiar with User Interface	Icons lists the icons used. Menu Bar introduces the menus available. Model Tree introduces functional parts of the tree. Details Pane introduces element properties displayed on the right pane of the view.
Installation of Sinch Contact Pro Systems	Introduces main installation steps carried out on IA.
Viewing Variables of Installation Packages	Provides the list of software packages and their variables.
Monitoring	Introduces the monitoring mode.
Operating the system	You may need the following instructions: Starting and Stopping System Restarting Modules
Installing and Removing Hotfixes	Always use IA for installing hotfixes to enable rollback if that turns out to be necessary.
Troubleshooting, Logging and Tracing	Logging Configuration Wizard enables changing logging levels on different modules for troubleshooting purpose. Downloading Logs. Tracing a B number is an easy alternative for more tedious logging.
