Linking Bridges to ETC Modules and Trunks
Use
In this view you can:
-
Connect IP desk phones to the system via External Terminal Controller (ETC) modules. To do this, link an appropriate SIP bridge to ETC module.
-
Connect the system to PSTN trunks (gateways). To do this, link an appropriate SIP bridge or H323 Bridge to an external PSTN trunk.
-
Connect two or more systems together:
-
Define the SIP bridge of the first system as a trunk in , see Managing Trunks, and link the second system’s SIP bridge to it as if it were an external trunk.
-
Repeat the step 1 other way round: define the SIP bridge of the second system as a trunk, and link the first system’s SIP bridge to it as if it were an external trunk.
-
To enable passing information in the SIP X-header, select options in Call Attached Data (CAD) block (formerly known as BCM-to-BCM Connection).
-
