Overview

Supervisor Dashboard is a web-based standalone application.

Supervisor Dashboard is designed for contact center team leaders and supervisors. It is primarily focused on what is happening right now, and what has happened since the start of today, within the contact center. It provides a graphical representation of today's conversations (earlier referred to as interactions).
