Adding and viewing charts
- Add Chart
  You choose which charts you want to view, and your choices are available when you sign out and sign in again.
- Chart Settings
  Each chart has its own settings button.
- Chart and Table Descriptions
  Statistics for inbound conversations are displayed in several charts.
- Move and View Selected Charts
  You can enlarge, move and choose a specific time frame for monitoring for the selected charts in the home view . Charts can also be viewed in wallboard view.

In the Home view charts can be added to show the queuing and handled conversations as well as service level for the selected queues.
