In this view you manage the following items:

Trunks, or former gateways. Sinch Contact Center can be integrated in two types of trunks:

PSTN trunks are used to connect your contact center system to PSTN network. Those are communicating via either SIP or H323 protocol. We recommend using SIP trunks.

WebRTC type is used in conjunction with ECF/Communication Panel clients to enable voice communication in a browser.

Global Switching Settings where you can define codec and other RTP settings (for example choose the used codecs), take NAT into use, and manage toll-free queuing and call bandwidth control.
