Using the Personalize Menu

You use this procedure to:

  • Display names and descriptions in other languages than the SC user interface language.

    For example, in the Users view, you can choose that the user name is also displayed in Russian. When the user interface language of the Communication Desktop (CDT) application is Russian, the name is displayed in Russian.

  • Personalize list views and add items to object views.

    For example, in the queue list view where you search for queues, you can choose which information about the queues is displayed.

  1. Choose the Personalize icon.

    A list of available options appears.

  2. First choose the item you want to display and then Select.

    In case of languages, additional fields appear and you can enter your text in the language you have chosen.

    In case of other items, new columns appear and display the information you have chosen.
