Overview
Communication Panel is the web-based application of Sinch Contact Pro for managing customer communications, termed as conversations. In earlier releases they were referred to as interactions and prior to that contacts.

Communication Panel shows the following notification messages:

Toast messages related to conversations or your actions.
Banner messages being reference to the operational/functional information for Communication Panel
Windows notifications seen as banners or in Action Center
These messages are dependant on operating system notifications settings made and browser support/settings. For information about, see Enabling Windows notification banner.
