Update the Template

When you want to update the template used for creating template objects:

  1. Make sure the Biar_Files folder contains the needed .lcmbiar files.
  2. Follow the steps starting from Prepare the MTM Tool. Provide the new version number, for example 10.0.2204.0. The files created are named in format [Version]_ImportTemplateBiar.bat (for example 10.0.2204.0_ImportTemplateBiar.bat).

After updating the template, new tenants you create will use the new template. You can update existing tenants to use the new template or leave them in the old template.

Note: If you have customizations in your standard reports, the customizations will be overwritten in the template update.
