Dashboard is a     web-based standalone application.
                            This section lists requirements and instructions for accessing Dashboard.
                            Add and view charts.
                            The Agents view shows a list of selected agents and their     conversations, both ongoing and handled.
                            The Conversations view shows the     conversations and their status.
                            Use the Disruptions view to manage what information is played         and when by the IVR.
                            The Campaigns view provides information on the progress and status of outbound         campaigns.
