  Customers allow the system to save personal data with their consent. As with e-mails and chats, the customers give their consent by contacting the service. Consents in this view are limited to call recordings and WhatsApp messages.

You use the system tools to do the following:

To import and to export various objects (such as OB campaigns, users, and queues). You can also use Automatic Import Function.
To define import and export related settings such as:
- Folder for import and export jobs
- Enabling automatic import and export
- Templates for Active Directory import.
To view job details and to add new schedules
To manage consents, see Managing Customer Consents.
