Serving in Queues

You use this procedure to log on to queues and to log off from queues.

1. To log on to a queue, press *[queue extension number]*.

   You are now connected to the queue (for example *123*).

   If you want to log on to all queues, press **.

2. To log off from the queue, press *[queue extension number]#.

   You are now logged off from the queue (for example *123#).

   If you want to log off from all queues, press *#.
