Configuring Mailbox for User Authentication

  1. Open Microsoft 365 admin center.
  2. Select Users > Active users.
  3. Select Add a user.
  4. Enter user details.
  5. Copy the user name value. It will be used to add email address to the queue.
    Note: Full email address of the user will be used as a queue address.
  6. Select Next.
  7. Click Next and Finish.
