Use IA software to install Sinch Contact Pro systems on server-side

To configure virtual units during installation, define the required variables for the software packages.

To monitor your system, use Monitoring Mode.

All components are started and stopped with Infrastructure Administrator (IA) tool.

Configuration changes made in System Configurator are typically applied automatically. In some special cases, or in error situations, restarting a module is required.

Hotfixes are installed and removed with IA.

If your system does not work as anticipated, or an error occurs, you can troubleshoot your system.
