User Data Synchronization

Sinch Contact Pro system is fully independent and needs no user data synchronization. Optionally, in the following cases user data synchronization can be used.

SAP Service Cloud (C4C) Integration

If Sinch Contact Pro is integrated with SAP Service Cloud (C4C), the same users can be used in both systems. Both systems use their own management tools, and no authorization data is passed over the interface to either direction.

Active Directory Synchronizer (ADS)

It is possible to transfer user data from the Microsoft Active Directory to the Sinch Contact Pro directory. The transfer is defined in the System Configurator tool.
