Applying Changes
When you make changes in SC, they come into effect when you save them.
Notice the following exceptions that require restarting a server in Infrastructure Administrator (IA):

Applying changes in requires restarting Agent Server (AS).

Applying changes in any NAT–related settings in Call Switching requires restarting Call Dispatcher (CD).

Applying changes in a NAT–related location’s IP range, network element, or user settings in requires restarting Call Dispatcher (CD).

Applying changes in the file location for voicemail, recording, or prompts in System Services requires restarting Agent Server (AS) and Media Routing Server (MRS).

Starting to use changed e-mail attachment settings in requires restarting Agent Server (AS).
- Applying changes in requires restarting Call Dispatcher (CD).
In addition, restarting CDT is required after making changes to any of the SRTP-related settings in
