Expression on Disconnection |
Define the expression that is executed if the call is disconnected when recording is still ongoing. This expression is also called for the voicemail task creation, for example, when the defined terminating digit is pressed or when the maximum duration of a recording is reached, the IVR continues normally to the next element, where the voicemail task creation is called and audio files played (either the error audio or file saved audio). |
Example
To add a step that asks the caller to leave a message after the beep, add the following steps. You must have an appropriate audio file; to bring it in the system, define it first as a prompt file, and then make a new prompt in Queue Management.
