  Customers allow the system to save personal data with their consent. As with e-mails and chats, the customers give their consent by contacting the service. Consents in this view are limited to call recordings and WhatsApp messages.

Excel Files

You can use Excel files for importing data. Both .xls and .xlsx file formats are supported. For the Configuration import they are the only supported formats. Using Excel files enables you to include comments and parameters to the import.
