Personalizing User Interface
You use this procedure to define general settings such as your user interface language. Additionally, you can add your frequently used actions to your favorite list. When you have defined the links, they are displayed in the Home view.
Defining General Settings

Define your user interface settings.
The default values are as follows:

Language: English
-
Style: default look and feel
-
Log level: warning messages

Maximum number of search results: 200
The highest value for the maximum number of search results is 1000. However, do not use too high value because it may slow down the search process.
By default, the technical names of settings and their default values are displayed in tooltips. This is convenient for the settings that can be configured for both channels and queues. When the settings are defined at the channel level, an asterisk (*) is displayed after the setting in the queue view. When you place the cursor on the setting name, a tooltip displays the value and the technical name of the setting.

Adding Quick Links

In the Assignment Blocks area, click the empty row under Name and enter a name for you quick links block.

Choose the links you want to include in your quick links block by clicking a row in the Available Links table and the icon.
To choose several links at the same time, press Ctrl and choose the links.
The Available Links list cannot be modified.

To create more quick links blocks, repeat steps 2 and 3.

Choose OK.
The links blocks are displayed in the Home view.
