Email Improvements
Email handling has been improved.
New Settings for Outgoing Email Server
To prevent a situation in which an email is not sent because it does not comply with your outgoing email server limitations, you can now configure the following in :
- Maximum email size
- Maximum number of recipients in the To, Cc and Bcc fields
- Maximum file size for an attachment
Upon the agent clicking the Send button, it is verified that no attachment upload is ongoing and the recipients and the email size do not exceed the defined limit. If the limits are exceeded, Communication Panel displays a warning message to the agent.
