Implementation of Sinch Contact Center requires the following steps:

  2. Installing hardware and software prerequisites.

  3. Installation with the Infrastructure Administrator (IA) tool. For more information, see the Installation Guide.

  4. Configuring the system and user accounts with the System Configurator (SC) tool. For more information see System Configurator.
