User Administration and Authentication
User management and authentication is managed in the System Configurator application.
You can use Single Sign-On (SSO) as the client certificate for user authentication. For more information, see the following topics:

Sinch Contact Center does not share user data with any other application but it can optionally receive data from Microsoft Active Directory, and when integrated to SAP CRM, the same users are used in both systems. This topic describes how the user data is synchronized.
