Standard Reports

Standard Reports is the package of ready-made reports delivered with the software. It includes reports from the following perspectives:

• Agent Reports

• Queue Reports

• Volume Reports

• Script Reports

Additionally, for those systems where Outbound Call Campaigns are run, a set of Outbound Reports is available in their own folder.

There is also a table of OLAP Cubes Used in Standard Reports for advanced reporting users.
