Sort Displayed Queues
You can sort the order of the Queues list.
- Click the Sort icon in the upper right corner of the Queues view.
- Select either Ascending or Descending.
- Choose one of the following parameters.
Sort By Description Serving Status Sort the queue list by your serving situation: if you have joined the queue or not. Queue Type Sort the queue list by the queue type: chats, action items, and phone calls. Queue Name Sort the queue list by the queue name. Queuing Sort the queue list by the number of conversations currently queuing in that queue. Longest Queuing Time Sort the queue list by the longest queuing time. Agents Free Sort the queue list by the number of free agents currently in that queue. Agents Serving Sort the queue list by the number of agents currently serving in that queue. - Click OK.
