Access Rights

Use

You use the Access Rights assignment block to give rights to individual objects, such as a queue. For example, when you are creating a queue, you can assign rights to a user group in the queue view instead of opening the user group view and adding rights to the queue there.

Activities

  1. To give rights to users, user roles, and user groups, choose Add.

    A dialog window opens and you can search for the users, groups, and roles to whom you want to assign rights.

  2. To remove users, user roles, and user groups, click the user/user role/user group you want to remove and then choose Remove.

  3. To modify the access level, select and deselect the access types.
