Security Vulnerabilities

Sinch takes security seriously: products are taken through penetration testing, security validation, and we are committed to fix high security vulnerabilities to versions released less than two years ago. You can check the release information of your version from the Sinch Contact Pro download site or if you are an SAP customer, from SAP PAM (Product Availability Matrix). If your version is released over two years ago, we recommend you to upgrade.

If a security finding is classified as medium, the risk is analyzied and aimed to be fixed in the next release. Hotfixes can be also considered if there is a strong business need for the correction.

We recommend you to follow announcements in Sinch Contact Pro Community. If you find a security issue in Sinch Contact Pro, use a support ticket to report it.
