Disruptions

Use the Disruptions view to manage what information is played and when by the IVR.

When you have imported Disruption Items, Disruption Events can be created, edited, and deleted in Dashboard by users who have rights to Disruption Sets, Disruption Items, and Disruption Events. The Disruptions view is only shown when users have rights to view or manage disruptions.

To set the interval for updating shown disruption data, go to the Settings view.
