Getting Started

This section lists requirements and instructions for accessing Dashboard.

Prerequisites

You must have:

Rights to view, for example, users and queues.

Your administrator configures these rights.
A supported browser (Chrome or Firefox) installed on your workstation.

Only open one Dashboard session. Multiple sessions are not supported.

Launch the application from one of the following:

the shortcut in Communication Panel if your administrator has enabled it

Tip:
Use the shortcut to make sure you only have one Dashboard session open.
