Copying Objects

You use this procedure to create new objects by copying an existing one.

  1. Search for the object (for example a queue) you want to copy.
  2. Click on the object and choose Copy.

    A dialog window opens.

  3. Enter the name for the new object and select the things you want to copy from the existing object (for example the queue’s prompt schedules and skills).
  4. Choose Copy.

    The detailed view of the copied object opens and you can enter the necessary information.

  5. Save the new object.
