Using the Personalize Menu

You can define which fields are displayed in the list view of the work area and in which language names and descriptions are displayed in end-user applications.

  1. To display names and descriptions in other languages than the SC user interface language, open the object such as queue and click the icon on the top bar.

    Language options are displayed.

  2. Choose the language and then Select.

    Additional fields appear and you can enter your text in the language you have chosen.

    When the user interface language of the end-user application is the one you have added, the name is displayed in this language for the end-user.

  3. To personalize list views and add items to object views, choose the icon.

    A list of available options appears.

  4. First choose the item you want to display and then Select.

    New columns appear and display the information you have chosen.
