Managing Outbound Campaign Call Transfer Lists

Use

You use this procedure to define call transfer lists in which you have quick dial numbers for transferring calls or for holding conference calls during the campaigns.

Note:

Only three-way conferences are supported in Communication Panel.

Prerequisites

You must have rights to manage call transfer lists.

Procedure

Creating Call Transfer Lists

  1. On the System Configurator main screen, choose Outbound Management > Call Transfer Lists.

  2. Choose Add New.

    A screen area with relevant assignment blocks appears.

  3. In the Basics block, enter the name for the list.

    This field is mandatory.

  4. For information about the rights assignment block, see Access Rights.

  5. In the Campaigns block, choose the campaign in which you want the call transfer list to be available.

  6. In the Call Transfer List block, define the numbers as follows:

    1. Enter the name that is displayed for agents in the end-user application.

    2. Enter the number in the Number column.

      After you have entered the number, press Enter to add more rows.

  7. Save your entries.

Modifying or Deleting Call Transfer Lists

  1. On the System Configurator main screen, choose Outbound Management > Call Transfer Lists.

  2. Search for the call result list whose settings you want to modify.

    The search result list appears.

  3. Choose the call transfer list by double-clicking it.

  4. Modify the settings, or choose Delete.

  5. Save your entries.
