Ports and protocols
List of used IP addresses and ports in Amazon Web Services (AWS)
The table below shows the IP addresses and ports with which Sinch Contact Pro applications communicate. Traffic to these IP addresses and ports needs to be allowed in the region where your Sinch Contact Pro tenant is located. The region can be found in the login URL. For example, https://login-eu-c1.cc.sinch.com/... points to Frankfurt. TCP connections are established from the applications towards the Sinch Contact Pro service (AWS).

The destination IP address for HTTPS varies due to dynamic load balancing.
-
SRTP/UDP is needed for Communication Panel Session Border Controller (SBC) only when voice channel is used. Sinch Contact Pro identifies the sending IP and port from the first received SRTP package (from Communication Panel) in each call and sends the returning SRTP stream to that IP and port.

ANY AWS – AWS public IP ranges are explained in AWS documentation if stricter policies need to be applied than allowing outgoing traffic to any IP address.
