Channel and integration configuration

Configure the channels and integrations your service uses.

In addition to the configuration instructions in this document, there are other configuration aspects that you should consider, such as data protection rules that define how certain data is shown in monitoring and reporting. You can view and modify these rules in see System Configurator > Reporting > Data Protection Rules.

Note that the instructions in this document on configuring third-party applications such as Facebook Messenger are intended as examples; the actual steps required to integrate such third-party applications may change at any time.
