Add and view statistics in the Home view.
The Agents view shows a list of selected agents and their conversations, both ongoing and handled.
The Conversations view shows the conversations and their status.
The campaign views provide information on the progress and status of campaigns.
Use the Disruptions view to manage what information is played and when by the IVR.
Use the SMS Messages view to send a message to an individual recipient or as a broadcast to a larger audience.
