Email Server

The system does not have automatic monitoring of disk space on servers, and malicious attacks by sending excessive amounts of large emails may impair also other functions on the server. To prevent this,

• Use appropriate spam filters on email server.
• Monitor frequently used server disk space and server performance at database and application servers. For more information, see Operation Guide section Server Performance Metrics.
• Prevent loading too many emails per queue to the system with the SC parameter System Management > Channels > Contact Management Settings > Max. Number of Unhandled E-mail. For more information, see System Configurator section Configuring Channel Settings.
