ServiceNow Integration
ServiceNow can be integrated to Sinch Contact Center. The integration is done using an openFrameAPI.
When an agent clicks on a phone icon next to a user name of an incident on the ServiceNow user interface, it initiates a call in Communication Panel. For incoming calls into Communication Panel, ServiceNow identifies the caller, which results in a new interaction and now an incident can be created.
Only phone and chat channels are supported.
