Overview
Communication Panel is the Contact Center's web-based application for managing customer communications, termed as conversations. In earlier releases they were referred to as interactions and prior to that contacts.
Notifications

Notifications

The notifications field displays operational messages.

Info notifications are displayed for 10 seconds.
Higher level notifications are displayed until you acknowledge them by clicking the x in the end.
Windows notifications (seen as banners or in Action Center) for Communication Panel are dependant on OS notifications settings made and browser support/settings.
