Monitoring Items

To choose the applications and queues for monitoring, go to Tools > Settings > Monitoring Items. By default all applications and queues you have monitoring rights for are monitored but you can exclude any number of them. The items that are excluded are disabled in the search criteria lists, and they are not displayed in the views nor included in the statistic calculations.

  1. Choose the application or queue to be excluded and uncheck the selection box.

    Applications include the entire contact center system and IVR applications.

  2. Choose Update.
