Accept and Decline Action Items and Tasks
When an incoming action item or task is offered to you, a new conversation appears with a corresponding icon. When you click on it, the customer name, the queue, and the waiting time, are displayed.
If the browser closes unexpectedly after accepting a conversation, the email will be available when you open the UI again. However, any changes you made are lost.
To accept the incoming action item or task, click the green Accept
button. To reject it, click the red Decline button.
