Certificate Templates

The folder includes two certificate request templates:

You can use Example_Client_Connection_Certificate.inf for creating a request for the client-type certificate, such as Connection Server Certificate.

You can use Example_Internal_Server_Certificate.inf for creating a request for the client-and-server type certificate, such as Internal Server Certificate.

Templates for Importing Users, Queues and Skills

The folder includes templates for importing users with the roles CC Agent, CC Supervisor, Office User, and Expert User. To import users, edit appropriate template with the user data of your system users, and import the list using the System Configurator System Tools > Import, and check the results in User and Role Management > Users.

Correspondingly, you can import queue and skill information with the templates Example_Queues_Import.txt and Example_Skills_Import.txt.

Custom-Made IVR Examples

The folder includes a few VoiceXML examples that can be used in real systems as such, or that can be modified further.

You can import the examples using the System Configurator IVR Management, and edit it further. The minimum required is to define the IVR numbers, and activate them on appropriate hosting CEM servers. For more information, see System Configurator application help.

Example for Outbound Campaign

The folder includes a simple Outbound campaign, and a script that supports it, they are in the files Example_Outbound_Campaign_Tennis.txt and Example_Outbound_Script_Tennis.txt.

You can import the campaign and script examples using the System Configurator System Tools > Import, and selecting the appropriate option. For more information, see System Configurator application help, or training documents.
