Planning
Collect information of the customer environment and requirements and plan the size and scenarios according to Master Guide.
For the actual system you need the following hardware elements with appropriate prerequisite software and configurations:

At least one clustered SQL server for databases.

At least one system server. The amount of servers depends on how large is your system, and the level of redundancy required.

Administrative workstation.

Trunk to PSTN.
Note:
It is not recommended to use NIC teaming in load balancing mode.
Plan the network so that core components and databases are in a secured area. We also recommend to separate administration connections from agent connections. See Security Guide for more information on protection areas.
