External IVR Interface (EII)

External IVR Interface enables that an SIP-enabled speech recognition IVR server can be integrated in the Sinch Contact Pro system.

Sinch Contact Pro can relay calls to external speech recognition / IVR over SIP (session initiation protocol) bridge.
