Chat Portal Interface (CPI)

Chat Portal is a server-side component between Chat Server and internet chat client (a web application that displays chat for customers, not for Sinch Contact Pro agents). Chat Portal defines the external API that the internet chat client uses to communicate with Sinch Contact Pro. The interface is based on the SOAP version 1.1. The interface uses the HTTP protocol to carry SOAP messages between a SOAP client and itself.
