Overview
You can transcribe a call recording and analyze the call content using AI.
The call transcript and analysis are done by a third-party AI-provider, AssemblyAI. Transcripts are removed from AssemblyAI and they are not used for training AssemblyAI's speech models.
There are a few parameters available for you to configure how the transcription is done. You can also decide if you want to include a sentiment analysis and AI analysis. If you have an integration to SAP Service Cloud (C4C) or SAP Service Cloud Version 2, you can also save the call transcript there. We'll go through all of these configurations in this document.
