Once you've installed the app on your iPhone or iPad, here's how to get going.
You'll need to have queues selected to serve your customers. You'll then see conversations from these queues in Picklist. If your status is Ready, you'll also be automatically offered conversations from these queues.
Set your status by toggling the Status switch.
You can preview a conversation before picking it.
Once you've picked or accepted a conversation, you can see it in Conversations. In addition to written messages, you can send images saved on your device and share your location with the customer.
Select app settings such as language and notifications you want to get.
