Once you've installed the app on your iPhone or iPad, here's how to get going.
You'll need to have queues selected to serve your customers.
Set your status by toggling the Status switch.
You can preview a conversation before picking it.
Once you've picked a conversation, it opens in Conversations. In addition to written messages, you can send images saved on your device and share your location with the customer.
Select app settings such as language and notifications you want to get.
