Transfer a conversation

You can transfer a conversation to another agent or a queue.

  1. Open the action menu by either tapping on the three dots icon when viewing the conversation or swiping left when viewing the conversation list.
  2. Select Transfer.
  3. If you want to transfer the conversation:
    • to another agent: either select the agent from the Recent list or select Agents and find them using the search
    • to a queue: either select the agent from the Recent list or select Queues and select the queue
  4. At the bottom of the screen, tap Transfer.
